Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 14, 2026
This website located at judahwangtennis.com (the "Site") is a personal, non-commercial fan/informational website about Judah Wang, a high school student-athlete, created and shared with his permission. The Site is owned and operated by Andres Smith ("we," "us," "our"), an individual, not a company or the athlete's school.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit the Site, how it's used, and your choices. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information Collected Automatically (Analytics)
The Site is built and hosted on Lovable, which provides us with built-in website analytics. Through this, we receive aggregate, non-identifying (or only indirectly identifying) information about visits to the Site, including:
- Page views and which pages were visited
- Number of visitors and session/visit duration
- Bounce rate
- Approximate visitor location (country), derived from IP address
- Device type and browser information
- Traffic source (e.g., search engine, social media, direct link)
This data is used only in aggregate to understand how the Site is used. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell it.
b) Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our hosting/analytics provider (Lovable) may use cookies, log files, or similar technologies (such as pixels or locally stored identifiers) to generate the analytics described above. We do not knowingly add any additional tracking, advertising, or marketing cookies to the Site ourselves. If you wish to limit cookies, you can adjust your browser settings; note this may not fully prevent server-side log analytics.
c) Information You Provide Directly
If the Site includes a contact form, email link, or similar feature, we collect whatever information you choose to submit (such as your name, email address, or message content) solely to respond to you.
d) Information We Do Not Collect
We do not require visitor accounts, do not process payments, and do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial, or government ID data) from visitors.
2. How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Understand visitor traffic and engagement
- Respond to messages sent to us (if applicable)
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent visitor information. We may share information only:
- With service providers who host or support the Site (currently Lovable), who process data on our behalf
- If required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Site owner or others
4. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party social media platforms and may reference other external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their own privacy policies before sharing information with them.
5. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided us personal information (e.g., via a contact form), contact us using the information below and we will delete it.
6. Data Retention
Aggregate analytics data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, consistent with our hosting provider's retention practices. Any information you voluntarily submit (e.g., via a contact form) is retained only as long as needed to respond to you.
7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or state privacy laws in the U.S. such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Because this Site collects very limited, mostly aggregate/anonymous data, there is generally little to access or delete, but you can still contact us with any request or question at andres.smith2011@gmail.com.
8. Security
We rely on our hosting provider's security measures (encryption in transit, access controls, etc.) to help protect information processed through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
